Our commitment to total safety starts before the technician arrives on site. Emergency Plumbing Service mandates that every employee wash their hands frequently, use hand sanitizer, as well as ensure they are working is approved Personal Protective Equipment.
Our customers can be assured that when our commercial plumbing technicians arrive on site, they will be properly masked and gloved. We also ask to limit personal contact with customers their patrons and others while performing their commercial plumbing repair. To ensure Social Distancing, we ask our techs to maintain at least 6 feet, and ideally 8-10 feet from others.
When we arrive on site we make sure the customer has access to the plumber through the phone if they do not feel comfortable social distance conversations with them.
