The dispatcher will supervise and coordinate the movement of our plumbers in the most prompt and efficient manner possible. This is a fast-paced position that requires a high energy candidate. The ideal candidate will be organized, work well with others, be professional, and have an inviting personality.
The CSR would work Monday through Friday visiting each of our customers around the DFW metro area to ensure customer satisfaction, as well as visiting those locations that aren’t currently calling EPS to make sure they know about our services.
