Request commercial hot-side equipment repair from EPS for restaurant and foodservice locations across North and Central Texas.
Serving commercial facilities since 1986 · Texas Master Plumber M-18274

EPS supports the hot-side equipment behind restaurant, grocery, convenience, institutional, and other commercial foodservice operations. The service path begins with the exact appliance, observed condition, utility type, operating impact, access requirements, and customer work-order rules.
Common hot-side categories include commercial ovens and ranges, fryers, griddles and grills, steamers and combi equipment, warmers, holding equipment, and proofing equipment. Exact manufacturer, model, fuel or electrical requirements, parts availability, and repair scope are confirmed during intake.
For equipment that has stopped production or materially disrupted foodservice, call live dispatch. Provide the location, appliance type, asset or model information when safely available, observable symptom, affected menu or production area, site contact, and authorization details. Do not attempt unsafe gas, electrical, or equipment diagnostics.
Planned service can be organized around equipment condition, recurring problems, service history, operating windows, access, customer documentation, and coordination with adjacent plumbing, drainage, ventilation, HVAC, or refrigeration needs.
EPS connects intake, dispatch, diagnosis, status, quote or not-to-exceed approval, parts or return needs, completed work, and closeout documentation. Multi-site customers can route hot-side work through the same approved facilities platforms and service programs used for their other commercial trades.
For an active emergency, call live dispatch now. For planned, recurring, or multi-location needs, send the location, trade, operating impact, and work-order context.
