Facilities Work-Order Support
EPS supports Verisae and vx Maintain work orders for emergency commercial plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and verified hot-side repair in Texas.
Serving commercial facilities since 1986 · Texas Master Plumber M-18274

EPS supports customer-directed facilities workflows without requiring a separate public intake process. For urgent work, call dispatch and reference the platform, work-order number, priority, site, asset or affected system, access requirements, and approval path.
Some enterprise facilities teams continue to manage work orders, assets, and service compliance through Verisae or the related vx Maintain environment. EPS can execute emergency commercial plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration work within the customer's required Verisae workflow, including dispatch acknowledgement, status, diagnosis, documentation, approvals, and closeout.
Customers may refer to a Verisae or vx Maintain work-order environment depending on their program and configuration. EPS dispatch confirms the exact platform name, work-order number, location, priority, trade, asset or system, access, and approval requirements at intake.
The service path connects phone escalation, field status, diagnosis, quote or not-to-exceed needs, photos or notes, completion, and invoice documentation to the customer’s required record. EPS does not claim ownership of or a formal partnership with the platform.
For an active emergency, call live dispatch and reference the customer platform and work-order number. For planned or recurring needs, share the account, locations, trades, and workflow requirements.
Commercial facilities only Share the site, trade, operating impact, and work-order context. EPS dispatch will use the information to route the next conversation.Request Planned Commercial Service
