Website Information
Review the EPS website accessibility commitment and contact options for help accessing commercial service, career, or website information.
Serving commercial facilities since 1986 · Texas Master Plumber M-18274
The rebuilt website uses semantic headings, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus styles, descriptive link text, labeled forms, text alternatives for meaningful images, equivalent text for maps and diagrams, sufficient color contrast, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion support.
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. Content, plugins, browser behavior, third-party tools, and assistive technologies change over time, so EPS reviews reported barriers and prioritizes practical improvements.
If you have difficulty accessing information or using a website feature, contact EPS and describe the page, feature, device, browser, or assistive technology involved when possible. EPS will work to provide the information through a reasonable alternative and review the underlying barrier.
Some linked platforms, embedded services, or third-party resources may be controlled by other organizations. EPS still welcomes reports about barriers encountered while moving through an EPS website journey so the team can evaluate an alternative or escalation path.
Accessibility feedback is treated as a service request for the website experience. Please avoid sending passwords, portal credentials, payment information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through a general website form.
